Consultant - Cloud Advisory Architect & Cloud Advisory Strategy - IT

- 10+ years of overall relevant IT experience in complex enterprise transformation including to Cloud and Digital

- 5+ years of consultative solution design and advising senior client executives as trusted advisors helping to transform enterprises

- Very strong leadership and communication skills exhibiting right negotiating posture with customer and program teams to make the right decisions.

- 7 years of experience in delivering application transformation projects for Java and mainframe applications.

- 7 years of experience developing project plans and budgets for successful information technology projects

- 7 years of experience documenting and presenting recommendations to clients and/or stakeholders

- 5 years of experience with mainframe applications, Java application development, API and Microservices frameworks and Container Execution and Orchestration Platforms

- 5 years of experience architecting and developing cloud application solutions. Experience on RedHat OpenShift Platforms for cloud native architecture and deployment models will be added advantage.

- 5 years of experience consulting

- 3 years of experience leading one or more of the following areas of a Cloud transformation journey: strategy, design, application migration planning and implementation.

- 3 years of experience in consultative-based selling of technology transformation projects

- Deep understanding of Cloud Security and Compliance, risk evaluation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :

- 6 years of experience with mainframe applications, Java application development, API and Microservices frameworks and Container Execution and Orchestration Platforms

- 4 years of experience and working knowledge of Linux on IBM Z.2 years of experience and working knowledge of Linux on IBM Z.

- 6 years of experience architecting and developing cloud application solutions

- 8 years of experience consulting, experience in design cloud strategy operating model and developing business case for the client

- 5 years of experience leading one or more of the following areas of a Cloud transformation journey: strategy, design, application migration planning and implementation.

- 5 years of experience in consultative-based selling of technology transformation projects

- At least 5+ years of experience using cloud development platforms from multiple cloud vendors, including IBM Cloud, RedHat OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP.

- 4 Years of experience with RedHat Open Shift Containerization and Virtualization Capabilities to design the optimal Hybrid Solutions with the right mix of Private and Public Cloud Components

- Deep understanding of Open source middleware and integration capabilities to accelerate Open Innovation

- At least 5+ years of experience coding in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, and Javascript frameworks

- At least 2+ years of experience with containerization and container management

- At least 3+ years of experience architecting and developing cloud applications

- At least 3+ years experience in DevSecOps and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment

- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Service Management, DevSecOps methodologies, Site Reliability Engineering, Establish Application SREs for modernized application workloads
