WHAT YOU DO:
- Steering of Service Partner from IT perspective for HR Version and Release Management topics
- Overall IT responsibility for HR process "Develop, manage and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)" esp. for 6.05.2 "Version Management"
- Plan and Set up Bayer internal communication regarding Releases and planned downtimes for on premise and Success Factors (SF) (e.g. by SAP Cloud Availability Center)
- Create yearly HR Version and Release Schedule for On Premise and SF environment, coordinate schedule with stakeholders and communicate agreed schedule to the HR Organization
- Accountable for Process documentation of Release and Change management for HR Systems
- Accountable for ICS Framework process for "Change Management" working closely with auditors (e.g.Deloitte) (Audits, providing information)
- Responsible to control Long Term Changes with respective communication to HR IT organization
- Evaluate and implement the SF Sync tool
- Manage and maintain the Test Data on premise and cloud framework (Accenture Clone&Test Tool)
- Manage and coordinate SF instance refreshes with SAP
WHO YOU ARE :
- University Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has basic experience in the following R/3 HCM modules PA and PD
- Has in depth experience in SAP Solution Manager (e.g. SAP training SM100: SAP Solution Manager Operations and Configuration ; SM200: Change Request Management and Service Desk Configuration)
- Has in depth experience in the TDMS4HCM (e.g. SAP Training TDMS10: SAP Test Data Migration Server)
- Has basic ITIL knowledge
- Ability to plan and align, manage complex scenarios, push for significant results, thereby managing multiple complex environments
