We are hiring for a leading Consulting Organization based at Mumbai/ Gurgaon,
Position: HR Analytics/ Workforce Analysis - HR
Females required - OPEN FOR TRAVELLING
- 5-8 yrs in HR Analytics/ Workforce Analysis
Role & Responsibilities :
- Helping in Process Redesign and Change Management by doing data analysis and validation
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions
- Role includes preparing reports, deriving inferences from HR data, designing dashboards to drive decisions by business heads
- Involved in projects for strategic change, Organisation designing, organization transformation, organizational effectiveness, and change readiness assessment
- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformation programs
- Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth
- Worked in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce and talent strategy, change strategy etc.
- Helping in Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools.
- Making Dashboards and reports for stakeholders/ clients.
