Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Drawing organisation wide strategies relating to the buying & merchandising set up of the organisation.
- Collaborating with brand and category level leaders to create and implement improvement plans.
- Working closely with B&M teams to identify gaps, and bridge them.
- Providing critical input relating to the product in order to bring about long term business growth.
- Identifying and acting upon market opportunities.
Profile
In order to apply successfully to this role, you will:
- Come with at least 20 years of experience within the retail industry.
- Have a strong prior track record of success within the B&M and product development space.
- Have a prior track record of leadership within the retail industry.
