Job Description
As a part of Business Enablement Services, the candidate is expected to connect with management and lead the strategy projects for Global expansion of various solutions along with supporting technical teams in development of cutting edge solutions as per market requirements
Desired responsibilities include:
- Manage strategy & Business Development projects from end-to-end and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and risk management to ensure customer delight
- Create Go-to-market strategy, Business Plans, Sales Plans, and Financial models for various IT solutions
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of different technology domains including AI/ML/DL/Facial Recognition/Supercomputing/Blockchain/Fintech/Big Data/cloud computing and similar others
- Business Development of technical solutions and defining roadmaps for solutions Globally
- Conduct primary & secondary research to prepare in-depth reports on various business expansion projects
- Co-ordinate and support technical teams in development of cutting edge solutions as per market requirements
- Prepare various marketing materials such as marketing plans, whitepapers, value proposition, and capability decksamong others
- Prepare analytical dashboards, define and measure KPIs and assist management in decision making
- Develop proof of concept of the solution Practice and Organizational Development
- Lead and motivate resources in the team, help them in coaching and skill sets buildings, including practice specific training and development initiatives
Required Skills & Personal Attributes
- Ability to develop strategic recommendations based on severe data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Should have business development acumen and ability to identify opportunities available for the Technology solutions
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
- Ability to understand client problems and prototyping the solution for the same
- The candidate should be able to work on client engagements at various levels
- Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy
Education / professional qualifications
B.Tech/BE + MBA from a leading Indian/International educational institutions
Preferred Experience:4-6years of experience, in either of the following profiles
Consultant for technology clients ORResearch Analyst covering technology sector ORCorporate Strategy professional in large technology company OR Market Intelligence/ Competitor Intelligence professional in large technology company OR Product management
