Consultant - Chartered Accountant Business Advisory

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Do valuation for clients.

- Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA).

- Prepare ITR filing.

- Preparation of Financial Statements.

- Providing Financial and Legal Advice.

- Reviewing the work of junior associates.

- Handle Futures & Options., Construction Co. Accounts or any other complicated accounting.

- Managing a team.

- The key responsibilities are to lead the Business advisory team by mentoring on advising the clients of selling the services. Core responsibility is to Lead the team and Revenue Generation.

1. Advising clients on queries relating to Income tax, GST, and other compliances every day.

2. Building a robust team for handling GST, Income tax, and other regular compliances.

3. Handling special assignments like Valuations, Transaction advisory, Organisation structuring, Tax planning etc.

4. Closely working with Business Development team for scaling the company to the next level.
