Experience: - MBA from a top ranked university, or 5+ year experience in technology business role and managing a team(PDU manager, network engineering manager, product manager, presales manager) - 10-15 year experience in technical or technical management roles in telco industry (telco operators or telecom equipment vendors) - Renowned expert in telco technology (whitepapers, articles, participation in standard bodies, etc.) Technical Skills: Deep technical expertise in: - Most importantly mobile networks: 5G, RAN planning, RAN performance management, open RAN, NB-IoT - Understanding of NFV/SDN, virtualisation and cloud-native networks - IP (IP routing, MPLS, BGP/peering, SD-WAN), etc - (alternatively to mobile networks, less preferrable: good understanding for fixed access - GPON, DOCSIS, Metro-e.) - Overall understanding of cybersecurity (architecture, network protection, zero-trust, compliance, SIEM/SOC, risk management) General skills : Ability to analyze large, complex datasets; proficiency in Information Technology and Excel and Access skills; fluency in English. above-average academic results from university; team spirit, strong organizational, oral and written communication skills - Excellent skills in developing and delivering presentations - Demonstrated ability with project management, coaching and mentoring (clients and colleagues), and with a respectful and supportive attitude - Proficient in effective team management, in both a remote and on-site model, with global teams - A desire for continuous learning - Strong group facilitation skills and a cooperative team player - Ability to work independently or with little direction; results-oriented - Capable of building client relationships at all levels - Excellent communicator; strong group facilitator, and team player; with proven leadership skills; - Interested in career switch to consulting while keeping technical skills and relevance in the technical world - Wants to fast track career to executive level - Willingness to travel globally and work with clients in other countries; travel can be 4-5 days/week for some projects - Open to relocate to Southeast Asia with a flexible arrangement of 12 months (preferrable).
