Consultant/Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - Investment Banking (1-5 yrs)

- Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end risk assignments in the Investment Banking domain.
- Identifying and monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Red flags (continuous monitoring)
- Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end internal audit engagements
- Performing SOX Compliance and audit.
- Experience in performing data analytics
- Execution on client engagement - ensuring quality delivery as per engagement letter.
- Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities of the firm.
- Ensuring compliance of books of accounts with accounting standards & other applicable statutes.
- Understand business & industry needs/trends.
- Develop strong working relationships with client and build a level of influence with key clients.
- Manage the engagement budgets and support seniors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
