Financial Modeling and Valuation

We are recruiting for a Consultant and Assistant manager in the team. Working as a team member your responsibilities will include :

- Supporting in the delivery of infrastructure valuation projects for sectors such as power & utilities, transportation & social infrastructure,

- Leading end-to-end infrastructure modeling and valuation engagements while working closely with the onshore team

- Understanding the valuation methodologies applied to the infrastructure assets

- Driving and implementing the design and structuring the infrastructure valuation models and reports

- Support in the development and evaluation of quantitative financial, M&A (buy and sell side) and project finance models

- Manage the modelling risks, in accordance with KPMG risk management guidelines

- Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with Global Infrastructure teams and other deal advisory professionals

- Mentoring junior team members on engagements

- Supporting onshore teams and contributing to knowledge management to support practice development

The ideal candidate would :

- Be skilled in business valuation and financial analysis

- Basic experience in modelling and valuation principal's

- Financial analysis and interpretation, in particular DCF methods (NPV and IRR)

- Have experience of buy/sell side transactions, project financing, debt syndication, bond financing in infrastructure sector

- Have prepared infrastructure models from scratch and/or have significant experience into model audits/reviews(preferred not mandatory)

- Have knowledge of financing structures, particularly debt and equity finance and other types of project-based financing

- Have experience of PPP/PFI transactions or exposure of working on one or more infrastructure sector/sub sectors (preferred but not mandatory)

- Have an ability to interpret and present outputs from financial models to support the commercial advice to onshore/client

- Good working knowledge of accounting and financial statements

- Strong problem-solving skills; Knowledge of advanced functions in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word

- Have mentored, coached junior team members
