Role - Analytics Consultant (HR)

Location- Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand Business problems and questions, as well as gain insights through data discovery and share interpretations and perspectives to help business teams to achieve their goals

- Develop the ability to work in a variety of business areas and data domains

- Maintain knowledge about latest emerging trends and utilize this knowledge

- Work closely with senior stakeholders in various stakeholders across different geographies

Requirements:

- Exposure to various domains like HR, retails, insurance, CPG etc. HR analytics is a must.

- B.Sc / MSc (Statistics or Maths) will the most suitable

- Experience in working on strong advanced analytics techniques like regression, survival analysis, decision tree, clustering

- Exposure to SAS, R, Python
