Consultant/AM - Secondary Research - Big4 (6-12 yrs)

- We are recruiting for Global Clients and Markets team. In this team, the key roles and responsibilities will include supporting the senior leadership of company's Infrastructure, Government, Healthcare and Life Sciences (IGH and LS) sectors, Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector, Asset Management (AM) sector and Banking accounts' networks by delivering high-quality insights in sales enablement.


In this role you will be required to:

- Deliver sales enablement insights - business research and internal information on revenue, plan and pipeline - to global, key account teams and AM/Banking/TMT/IGH & LS network members by combining internal planning and sales data with externally researched market trends

- Provide enhanced support to business development managers and Lead Partners of the high-focus clients, through actionable reporting, enabling support from the wider sales enablement network, providing relevant intelligence (proactive)

- Connect periodically with the group to brainstorm requirements, ideas and growth trends

- Connect with the user group that you and your team serves (Global Account Managers, Global lead Partners, Global Sector Executives, Global Sector Heads), to ensure that the service delivery is in line with their strategic and operational requirements and that the global program is working in alignment with other regional ones.

- Oversee a group of junior colleagues who support key accounts and sector, with similar sales enablement activities and insights

- Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, continuous feedback, on-hand help with scoping and delivery, quality management, performance management and career development.

- Ensure proper dissemination of information and guidance to sector leads in the cluster arising out of business requirements

- Be responsible for the overall team's wellbeing

- Develop innovative products for achievement of overall business objectives and achieve efficiency targets through automation, standardization, and process improvement

- Own and drive progress in one or more team level operational initiatives including hiring, quality, L&D, Reward & Recognition, etc.

- Support Program Lead(s) in achieving wider program objectives and implementation of newer mandates.

Essential Skills :

- Strong business research skills and alignment to Financial Services Sector

- Very strong data interpretation and analysis. Understanding of/proficiency with visualization platforms such as PowerBI will be an added advantage.

- Excellent business communication (structuring, writing, speaking and articulation)

- Excellent report writing skills - ability to weave together a story starting with a problem statement and presenting it in a high impact manner suitable for senior leadership.

Excellent interpersonal skills:

- Strong project/program management skills

- Experience of managing small to medium sized teams and people development responsibilities

Experience and Qualification:

- 6-8 years (Consultant) and 8+ years (AM) of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions of investment banks; with and MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college.

- Prolonged exposure to researching and analyzing sector trends

- Experience of working within a dynamic offshore environment with global teams across different time zones
