Manager/Senior Manager - Data Science/Deep Learning/NLP/Machine Learning

- 14+ years of experience - out of which at least 7 years should be in data science

- Experience in leading large DS programs or DS practice for a reputed IT/consulting company

- Knows how to run large programs, sell offerings, grow practice.

- Avoid people from banking captives or product companies.

- Broad awareness of stats, machine learning, NLP/Neural Networks, deep learning, computer vision, cloud ecosystem, data engineering, productionalization of models

- Expertise on any one out of these 2: machine learning or NLP/Neural networks

Nice to have: Phd or degree from IIT/IIM/other top institutes

- Ability to break down complex problems, and develop strategies to solve them

- Translate business objectives into analytic approaches and identify data sources to support analysis.

- Analyze and model structured data using advanced statistical methods

- Perform exploratory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns.

- Analyze data using SAS, R, Python, open source packages and commercial/enterprise applications.

- Strong programming experience in R/Python and SQL

- Perform machine learning, Text analytics, and statistical analysis methods, such as classification, collaborative filtering, association rules, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, time-series analysis, regression, statistical inference, and validation methods.

- Communicate results and educate others through reports and presentations.
