Construction Manager - Metro Rail

- Responsible for works at Railway formation, Platform work, Underground Stations & Cut and Cover Tunnel of Metro and tunnel work in Railway Project. 

- Expertise in Site & Construction Management, and Construction of Diaphragm walls, Piles, NATM Tunnels, Cut & Cover tunnel, Earthwork, Utility & Traffic diversions, has relevant experience survey, Quantity survey & planning. 

- Responsible for day to day site work of domain engineering as per plan 

- Review weekly & monthly reports of package assigned, escalate issues and drive corrective actions Planning site activities in accordance with management preferences. Preparation of joint measurement sheets, certification, and forwarding for billing.

- Co-Ordination with civil construction vendors and internal departments for the effective running of projects. Ensure timely completion of work with quality & safety parameters. 

- Co-ordinate meeting with consultants and contractors.

Qualification - Diploma OR BE/ BTech Civil
