Construction Manager - Commercial Building

US based MNC - Construction Manager for Commercial Building- Btech and PMP certified - Mumbai/ Gurgaon

Qualification : Btech/ with PMP certification

Responsibilities :

1. Construction Management

2. Construction Coordination

3. Site Planning

4. Review construction drawings

5. Coordination with all internal teams such as Quality, contract, Business Heads, Liasion etc.

Key Role :

a. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion

b. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

c. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

d. Review the work progress on daily basis.

Mandatory : Commercial building/ Tower/ IT or BPO Building/ Data centre building
