Construction Head - T&D - Substation Construction

1) Overall Experience in Power Plants, AIS / GIS Substation/Substations, Transmission Lines, EHV Cabling Works. 

2) Responsible for construction activities (Installation, Testing Commissioning, Civil Works, Interface of Electrical & Civil) of the Region.

3) Experience of Handling Site Construction activities for Multiple Mega Projects worth Rs.200Cr. and above. 

4) Monitoring the Plan Vs. Actual Site Progress for all Projects. 

5) Ensure timely completion of work within the budgeted cost, visiting site and conducting progress review

6) Responsible for setting up / improvement of Construction process. 

7) Ensure Quality work and Safety as per the Client Requirement / Company Policy. 

8) Preparation of MIS for Site Construction and monitoring Billing & Collection 

9) Arranging additional re-sources in case of delay in projects. 

10) Vendor / Sub-contractor Development 

11) Monitoring Project Cost & preparing forecast for Construction activities completion 

12) Co-ordination with Project Management Team, Design, Purchase to ensure Smooth execution at site.
