Responsible for managing finance and accounts of various Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds and providing portfolio management services to the PE/VC Funds. Job Location: Mumbai Qualification: CA with PQE of 2-5 years of relevant experience working in PE/VC Funds. Key Responsibilities: a) Manage the accounting of the various PE/VC Fund entities. b) Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax computations, deductions, filings and reporting. c) Preparing and reviewing NAV calculations. d) Ensure Compliance with SEBI, Income Tax, GST and other authorities on timely basis for the Fund entities. e) Provide portfolio management services including preparing quarterly LP reporting. f) Managing Investor Reporting and Client relationship services. g) Prepare and circulate drawdown notices and other communications to contributors of the Fund Entities. h) Prepare monthly MIS and Performance Reports for review and reporting of various PE/VC Funds i) Prepare and file all monthly / quarterly / annual financial and performance reports j) Be the single point of contact for internal as well as external auditors, lead the audit process and ensure timely completion of accurate reports. k) Ensure KYC compliance as applicable for fund entities at CKYC and KRA portal. Job Specific Requirements: Qualification: CA with PQE of 2-5 years of relevant experience working in PE/VC Funds. Should have experience in calculating NAVs, preparing capital call, GP/Partner Capital - workings and letters. Should have working knowledge in preparing investor / LP reporting.
