Looking for Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience. The role requires candidates to work with various clients in advising on finance, due diligence, accounting, and compliance related matters and implementing financial processes. It's a consulting role, candidates shall work with 3-4 companies in managing their finance function. Candidates needs to have entrepreneurial mindset to guide early-stage start-ups in bringing finance prudence and manage a small team. Job Responsibilities includes: - Prepare and present timely monthly MIS and Cash flow statements. - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the financial budget/ forecasts and report variances - Independently run Financial Due Diligence for potential investment rounds and support through investment transactions. - Prepare Due Diligence reports in specific formats. - Knowledge of Internal Control Process and Implemented accounting/finance processes - Defining financial metrics, redefining drafts for investor matrix along with analyzing and reviewing the numbers before it is getting shared with the investors - Working knowledge of monthly / Quarterly compliance and Payroll compliance - Review of month closure process and advise the accounting team. Review of Financials on a monthly/quarterly basis. - Learn various business models applicable to client's industry and define and advise on business metrics and define operating plans for the company. - Preparing forecasts for evaluating company value as per Income Tax, Company Law and FEMA. - Accounting, Statutory Audit and Taxation support for various clients.
