Looking for Chartered Accountants with 2-5 years of post qualification experience. The role requires candidates to work with various portfolio companies in advising on finance, due diligence, accounting, compliance related matters and implementing financial processes. Its a consulting role, and candidates required to have entrepreneurial mindset to guide early-stage start-ups in bringing finance prudence. Job Responsibilities- includes: - Independently run Financial Due Diligence for potential investment rounds and support through investment transactions. Prepare Due Diligence reports in specific formats. - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the financial budget/ forecasts and report variances - Prepare and present timely monthly MIS and Cash flow statements. - Knowledge of Internal Control Process and Implemented accounting/finance processes - Defining financial metrics, redefining drafts for investor matrix along with analyzing and reviewing the numbers before it is getting shared with the investors - Working knowledge of monthly / Quarterly compliances and Payroll compliances - Review of month closure process and advise the team. Review of Financials on a monthly/quarterly basis. - Learn various business models applicable to client's industry and define and advise on business metrics and define operating plans for the company. - Preparing forecasts for evaluating company value as per Income Tax, Company Law and FEMA. - Accounting, Statutory Audit and Taxation support for portfolio companies Soft Skills: - Strong analytic, organizational, Communication and interpersonal skills - Entrepreneurial mindset and consultative approach while advising the companies - Good understanding of Accounting ERP is required.
