Company Name: Constellation Blu Looking for Chartered Accountants with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. The role requires candidates to work with various portfolio companies in advising on finance, due diligence, accounting, and compliance related matters and implementing financial processes. Important: It's a consulting role, candidates shall work with 3-4 companies in managing their finance function. Candidates needs to have entrepreneurial mindset to guide early-stage start-ups in bringing finance prudence. Job Responsibilities includes: 1. Managing finance function for a early-stage start-ups including overseeing accounting, compliance and monthly/quarterly financial reporting. 2. Prepare and present timely monthly MIS and Cash flow statements. 3. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the financial budget/ forecasts and report variances. 4. Independently run Financial Due Diligence for potential investment rounds and support through investment transactions. 5. Prepare Due Diligence reports in specific formats. 6. Knowledge of Internal Control Process and Implemented accounting/finance processes 7. Defining financial metrics, redefining drafts for investor matrix along with analyzing and reviewing the numbers before it is getting shared with the investors 8. Working knowledge of monthly / Quarterly compliance and Payroll compliance 9. Review of month closure process and advise the team. Review of Financials on a monthly/quarterly basis. 10. Learn various business models applicable to client's industry and define and advise on business metrics and define operating plans for the company. 11. Preparing forecasts for evaluating company value as per Income Tax, Company Law and FEMA. 12. Accounting, Statutory Audit and Taxation support for portfolio companies Soft Skills: - Entrepreneurial mindset and consultative approach while advising the companies - Strong analytic, organizational, Communication and interpersonal skills.
