Constance Capital & Consulting - Analyst - Investment Banking (2-4 yrs)
- Work as part of the deal team looking at assisting clients with raising debt, equity and mezzanine financing deals
- To review and analyze financial statements, business plans and other company / project related information with the perspective of preparing a screening memo for the team.
- Conducting extensive research on the companies, sector and macro-economic factors surrounding prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare deal related marketing documents such as Teasers, Info Memos, Investor Presentations etc.
- Build financial models for conducting detailed financial analysis and business valuation.
- Conduct business valuation using different methodologies such as DCF, NAV, Comparable Companies, Comparable Transactions etc.
- Work on multiple assignments at the same time and liaise with clients and financiers seamlessly to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Help in setting up a data room and assist with the due diligence process.
- Assist in documentation review and feedback during drafting of legal agreements for deals.
