Sr. Manager/ AGM - Mall Operations/Maintenance Location- Gurugram, Sec-109. Job Responsibilities: - Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices in maintenance, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance of the mall. - Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Plan and manage facility central services such as Parking, Security, Housekeeping, Cleaning, hydraulic systems and Engineering. - Responsible for planned schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out for the mall - Increase the site/mall operational effectiveness. - Build a capable Team and create a strong reliable network of service providers. - Organize fire training, drill practice and first aid requirements for the site/mall, in order to ensure staff are fully conversant with procedures and that health and safety and environmental issues are managed. Keep up to date with changes in relevant health and safety, fire and building regulations, ensuring implementation and monitoring of regulations. - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Job Specification: Candidate should have Min 10-12 years of experience especially in Facility Management services of Commercial including Mall etc from Real Estate and Facility Management companies
