Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for housekeeping and ensure maintenance - room, laundry, other hotel area etc. 2. Evaluate Level of Guest Satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement 3. Responsible for Maintaining the good ranking for trip advisor for the property ; Revenue Management through OTA channel manager and derive the maximum yield out of it. 4. Maximum room Occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities 5.Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the All Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork 6.Manage Staff Performance issues in compliance with company policies and Procedures ; Set department objectives, Work Schedules, budgets, policies and procedures. 7.Responsible to manage front desk. Ensure check-in and check out etc 8.Recruit, manage, train and develop the team 9. Will manage 3 properties situated in North & South parts of Goa. Job Specification: 1. Candidates should be willing to travel across all parts of Goa. 2. Experience from 5 star properties only will be considered. 3. Should have team handling experience of minimum 3 yrs.
