JOB PURPOSE

Conscient Group is looking for a Head - Human Resources who will have an outstanding people skill and will work closely with the Management to ensure the Human Resources Programs and Initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business strategy. The role includes implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, Forecasting Staffing Needs, Mitigating risk, Preparing & Managing the budgets, Structuring Compensation & Benefits, implementing the Performance Management System, Maintaining Employee Records, Ensuring all Compliances, Designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall Employee Life Cycle.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and Implement overall Human Resources Practices and Policies to meet business objectives

- Develop the HR & Admin Annual Operating Plans (AOP). Work with Senior Leaders to determine the Annual Compensation cost per Project and the organization/business

- Ensure tracking of Budgets vs Actual month on month and raise any variation/deviation from the plan. Take all necessary approvals time to time - Collaborate with Senior Leadership to understand the organization's/ departmental goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention of employees - Work directly with all the department heads on employee/personnel matters to track and review performance evaluation and any staffing needs etc.

- Administers or oversees the Human Resource Programs including, but not limited to, Performance and Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Leave, Disciplinary matters, and Investigations, Productivity, Rewards & Recognition, and Morale, Health and Safety, and Training and Development

- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs, develops and executes best practices for Hiring and Talent Management - Oversee the Admin department to ensure budgets and all compliances etc

- Develop and implement strategies for Performance Evaluation, Staffing, Training, and Development, etc. Manage effectiveness in appraisal process, Promotions & Succession Planning - Facilitate Cultural, Offsite, and fun activities (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) within stipulated budget

- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards

- Manage and Oversee the HRIS system to ensure complete automation and minimum manual interventions

- Benchmark external market data and intelligence to arrive at the compensation strategy for the organization by providing the inputs and insights to the Management

- Oversee and review training needs assessment, engage with stakeholders to understand the future talent needs of the department/organization

- Oversee and check the update of employee records

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- MBA in Human Resources with 14-16 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources. Experience in Real Estate Industry will be an added advantage

- Should have experience in Employee Communication and Leadership

- Should have exposure to grievance and disciplinary management and employee relations

- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent MS office skills like excel and ppt

- Detail-oriented and persuasive

- Ability to work against tight deadlines
