- Establish, maintain and report budget, billing and site accounting process. - To strategies and develop the contracting strategy for the projects. - To Study & Analyze tender documents & comparative statements. - Draft tender documents & participate in the process of floating tenders. - Prepare documents to be submitted for bid. Analyze & cross verify rates for similar work within the company. - Estimation, identifying Contractors / Vendors & initial negotiations. - To participate in key contract decisions along with team. - Prepare agreement drafts. Draft and maintain records of Purchase Orders. - Co-ordination with various internal & external stakeholders for the projects. - To ensure that contractors comply with the required statutory compliances. - Continuous cost mitigation of claims arising through possible losses/damages, alteration and changes in requirements. - Continuous Vendor Development & Vendor Relationship Management: To build rapport and relationship with all key & critical vendors and contractors. - To ensure that vendor issues are addressed appropriately to ensure timely deliveries at the project sites. - Providing construction project billing and payment administration and bookkeeping support to the construction project team on a daily basis. - Run cost reports as requested by Project team or senior management and review all subcontractor/vendor monthly application for payment for accuracy and consistency. JOB SPECIFICATION - Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering with 22-26 years relevant experience in Billing & Contracts. - Strong experience of High-end Residential & affordable housing projects. - Knowledge of contract management. - Risk assessment and management. - Good communicator & commercial acumen. - Knowledge of contract law & legal interpretation. - Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
