CNH is building a large hospital network. Our large team of Patient Counselors in the field will offer our services to patients at these hospitals or assist subscribers of our healthcare services. CNH's network team will sign up the hospitals, whereas the Patient Counselors are required to maintain relationships with all the officials in the hospitals as well as pitch our services to patients at the hospital. This position will manage 10+ City Heads, 250+ Patient Counselors across 10+ cities handling a network of 500+ hospitals. For such a distributed workforce, team alignment to goals becomes a critical task. The candidate will solve several challenges in executing this role: - Hiring of right talent and their orientation - Cascading the company's sales objectives down to every team member - Handling escalation due to service issues - Appreciation of key talent and skill improvement for those needing handholding - Working closely with the product team on a technology platform - Take ownership of delivering consistent customer experience
