CNH plans to have a network of 50-100 hospitals in key Indian cities. The network enables our customers to have a differentiated experience at our partner hospitals related to various medical services. To this end, CNH is developing a team of Patient Counselors who will maintain relationships with all the officials in the hospitals as well as pitch our services to patients at the hospital. The team will need supervision as well as guidance to stay on track to achieve organizational goals. The city Head is the closest person representing the organization to the customer-facing team members such as Patient Counselors. S/he is the leader of the team and is directly involved in delivering team goals. The challenges that the candidate will handle are- - Monitoring and reporting the performance of all Patient Counselors in a region - Keeping the team motivated and understanding their grievances and barriers to performance - Allocating projects to people - Managing hiring and onboarding on new hires
