Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Expert - Opening with international development consulting group, Jaipur!!!  Designation: Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Expert  Joining Location: Jaipur  Experience: Min. 10 years  Job Description:   - Company invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of CCT Expert.   - As CCT Expert, S/he will provide expertise to design, develop and implement a successful cash transfer programme as well as create a Cash transfer Model, which can be replicated   Key Responsibilities - Technical Assistance in Strategy and Implementation   - Understand and incorporate the state's conditions and requirements with regard to access to banks, beneficiaries- access to accounts, social and economic condition etc.;   - Lead and foster the development of the direct benefit transfer and cash flow system to facilitate conditional cash transfers to more than 5 lakh beneficiaries;   - Develop a proposal to pilot a CCT program (with the amount of funds, transfer conditions, implementation and monitoring arrangements, fiduciary arrangements and evaluation design);   - Provide support to the National and State Departments in enrolment, sizing and tranching of the Cash Transfer and map the beneficiaries' needs to E-Governance product solutions;   - Coordinate with the Government stakeholders and build capacity and provide hand holding support around the cash transfer platforms;   - Support in designing the Beneficiary Tracking Systems, Grievance Redressal Systems and other components of the programme;   - Support in strategic planning, development of operations plan, addressing the requirements of the department;   - Identify and disseminate best practices related to CCT, which can be used for scale-up of the project;   - Conduct other project related tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. Project Management   - Provide regular updates to the Department on development of the CCT model and program implementation;   - Support in organising and conducting stakeholder discussions, workshops, seminars and other events;   - Provide orientation and support to Department officials in use of the IT applications for cash disbursement; and   - Ensure coordination with other stakeholder's active in complementary programmes or similar activities in the state.   Qualification & Experience :  - Post Graduate qualification in Public Finance/ Social Development/ Social Science or - other relevant field from a reputed institution or leading university;   - At least 10 years- experience in Social Protection and should have worked with the Government of India providing expert technical support for at least 3 years;   - Extensive experience in the design and implementation of direct benefit transfer - programs in India;   - Good understanding of conditional cash transfer schemes in the health and nutrition - sector   - Good verbal and interpersonal communication skill and writing capabilities in English - and Hindi desirable   - Good operational understanding of maternal and child health and nutrition and rural - development sectors and programmes;   - Preference will be given to those having previous experience of working with - demanding clients, private foundations and corporates;   - Able to oversee program implementation plans and coordinate with field staff - implementing these plans;   - Ability to translate data / information into a comprehensive narrative for multiple - audiences   - Ability to work with all levels of staff, clients, and associates.
