Overview

Cond- Nast India is looking for a dynamic & cross-functional digital growth hacker to join the Audience Development team and scale up our audiences across GQ & CNT India's digital portfolio. This role will report into the Senior Manager- Data & Growth and work closely with the GQ & CNT Digital Editors & Editorial teams.

Conde Nast India's digital portfolio consists of websites, mobile apps, social media channels and video channels across 4 brands - Vogue, GQ, CN Traveler, Architectural Digest.

Job Responsibilities:

Audience Growth:

- Responsible for delivering growth against targets for leading audience metrics - Users, Loyalty, Social Engagement, Video Views

- Help GQ's & CNT's digital editorial teams with editorial & content insights that will help shape their content calendar and fine tune their content strategy, based on best growth practices and benchmarking. Broaden the content categories to deliver incremental reach/audiences while still maintaining the brand ethos.

- Work with the data analytics team to generate Audience insights - share actionable intelligence with editorial teams & marketing teams

- Identify gaps in GQ's & CNT's social strategy (FB & Instagram) and optimize for scaling up the referral traffic from social platforms. Work with the editorial teams on social promotions- plan for editorial content across platforms. Track the social performance across platforms and benchmark with competitors.

- Work with SEO experts to contextualize & adopt the recommendations for GQ & CNT and deliver growth from Search.

- Grow other referral sources of users.

- Create & share weekly, monthly reports on Audience metrics

Skills and Experience:

- Must Have: Up to 4 years of experience in delivering audience growth for Media/Publishing platforms/companies.

- Experience in scaling up audiences across digital platforms organically for publishing platforms, through innovative content strategy & distribution/promotion hacks.

- Preferred: Hands-on experience in using analytics- tools - Google Analytics, Google Search Console, FB Insights, IG Insights, YT Analytics

- Comfortable multi-tasking & to work well under pressure. Excellent at collaborating across departments/teams
