\We are looking for a PR Senior Account Director for our corporate team in our Mumbai branch.

Reporting to: VP / Sr VP.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Account Director to lead multiple client portfolios, manage teams, and drive strategic PR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, media relations, and client servicing expertise, with a deep understanding of brand reputation, storytelling, and integrated communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-level strategic planning and execution of campaigns.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders.

- Guide teams in media strategy, storytelling, thought leadership, and crisis communication.

- Identify and capitalize on media opportunities across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

- Mentor and manage a team of account managers and executives, driving performance and professional development.

- Lead new business development, including pitch presentations, proposals, and relationship-building.

- Monitor industry trends to provide insightful counsel and proactive strategies for clients.

- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in public relations, preferably with an agency.

- Proven track record of leading large accounts and managing cross-functional teams.

- Strong media network and relationships across key verticals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and crisis management skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and execute flawlessly.

- Experience in handling C-suite client stakeholders and managing expectations.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields.

Nice to Have:
