3. Employee onboarding including background checks and drug tests

4. Client on-boarding and Vendor Onboarding

5. Employment Verification

6. Support Client's Obligations, and handling Clients Escalations

7. Provide Coaching to employees and Team handling

Desired profile of the candidate :

1. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

2. MBA

Desired work experience (in complete years):

1. USA HR Experience is mandatory

2. At least 12+ Years
