Compliance Review Role - Bank

Objective: The incumbent would be primarily responsible for conducting Compliance Review.

Responsibilities :

- Apart from undertaking compliance reviews, other responsibilities include:

- Assist in providing compliance training to staff.

- Review of new products and process notes.

- Researching and resolving Compliance queries across business segments and products.

- Assist in preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual submission to Board / Audit & Compliance Committee

Essential competencies :

- In depth knowledge of the regulatory environment for the banks in India particularly RBI.

- Good research capabilities and intelligent interpretation of regulatory guidelines.

- Good knowledge of all the elements (commercial, operational) of banking areas like Trade, Remittances, Treasury, Loans & Advances e.t.c.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results and be very effective
