Our client, one of the most successful Startups Fintech Company (3-4 years old), is currently seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer in the NBFC Business. The person would be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory framework of MCA and RBI including filing of returns and all other statutory documents. Responsibilities: - RBI Compliances a. Liasoning for Registration / Change of management control of NBFC RBI b. Filing with RBI various returns on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. (NBS-7, 8 or 9, Monthly Return, NBS_ALM-1, Quarterly Return, Special Return, FPC etc.) - Secretarial Compliance's with respect to the Companies Act, 2013 and as per other regulator's directives a. Manages all the tasks relating to securities and their transfer or transmission b. Applying for Registration of Patent, Trademark etc. c. Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company Education: - Company Secretary with 3-6 years of experience in NBFC compliances - Strong communication and Liasoning skills - Understanding of NBFC accounting principles shall be a plus This is an individual contributor role and is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing Fintech.
