RDQ Group is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team!

Responsibilities and Duties :

Job Role :

- The candidate should possess expert knowledge and should have rich experience in compliance and regulatory issues in the capital market -Investment advisory, Mutual fund distribution business, stock broking and research analyst, etc.

- Would have to regularly liaise, communicate, making correspondence with SEBI and other regulatory bodies in matters relating to record keeping and adhering to SEBI regulations

- Should have good to excellent drafting skills

- Accounting, taxation and audit experience will be highly preferred

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in matters related to capital market and SEBI regulations

- CA/CS/M. Com/MBA/LLB/LLM/Others

- Age Limit- Up to 45years.
