Compliance Manager - Inhouse - 5-10 years - Bangalore

Job Description : The Compliance Manager will oversee the Business processes, Internal control and audit, Risk management, Corporate Governance and Compliance.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE :

- Report regularly to the senior management concerning updates of general group and local procedures and policies.

- Ensure the proper implementation of group and company policies and procedures.

RISK MANAGEMENT :

- Implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for each legal entity.

- Organize meetings with Executive Committee members to identify the risks by department, analyze the risks, evaluate/rank the Risk., treat or control Risk, monitor and review risk, and conduct missions to ensure these risks are adequately hedged.

INTERNAL CONTROL :

- Updating of process and risk mapping and control plan

- Deploy the Company's rule "Essentials of Internal Control" within the hub

INTERNAL AUDIT : Follow-up on the implementation of recommendations given by group auditing entities (Assistance Affiliate, Corporate Audit Group, etc..) including, most notably, post mission follow-up.

BUSINESS PROCESS REVIEW :

- Analyze all operations of all entities to ensure that all business operations are controlled with

auditable documentation, segregation of duties addressed, and sufficient compensatory controls to protect company assets in all forms.

Qualification/Experience Required :

- 5-10 years of compliance and internal control experience in MNC.

- Knowledge of internal control principles and risk management framework.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher. Professional certification of internal auditor or risk management are preferred.

- Experience as internal auditor is preferred

- Experience of renewable energy business in Asia is a strong plus

- Success-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, high pressure and fast-pace environment
