Responsibilities of the Role : - HR Compliance - Branch compliance. - Payroll compliance. - Labour Law compliance (Contract Labour Act). - Maintaining various tracker - HR compliances and POSH. - Handling branch inspection / notices / summons of Bank locations. - Vendor Audits. - Vendor Compliance Contingent Workforce Management (MPS) : - Managing the life cycle of Contingent Workforce and maintaining their database. - Timely generation and circulation of MIS. - MPS Vendor audit. - Managing the contracts for all HR Vendor associates. - Contingent workforce hiring. - Ensuring timely payment for salary invoices for HR vendors. - System to be implemented for time management for vendor associates. IFBL : - Implementation of HR automation. - Driving robust HR Practices across organization. - Lead and deliver large recruitment projects. - Responsible for entire employee life cycle management including Payroll and statutory compliances. - Plan and execute training programs for employees including on-boarding. - Handling Disciplinary cases and other legal matters. Required Skills : 1. Experience statutory compliance and Payroll management. 2. Ability to handle Employee Relations and other POSH related cases. 3. Knowledge of labour laws. 4. Effective communication skills and good in presentation and analytical skills is a must. 5. Should be ready to travel on PAN India basis. 6. External Stake holder engagement
