Compliance Manager - Construction Business (5-10 yrs)

- Responsible for accentuating compliance culture across the organization by developing and maintaining compliance policies, circulation of compliance communications.

- Identifying compliance obligations for business working under different business areas, including Corporate office, Manufacturing facilities and Plants, mines, sales and marketing offices and other locations of the Company, within and outside India

- Establishing and managing Compliance Framework of the Company, relevant for Mining, Manufacturing and Marketing industry

- Statutory Compliance - Oversight as required to manage the compliance framework

- Data Protection/Information Security and Privacy Compliance - In partnership with the IT team

- Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption Policy compliance

- Monitoring and partnering with internal Committees managing the POSH Compliance

- Monitoring Whistle Blower framework in the company

- Advise management with respect to formulation of policies, procedures within legal framework and ensure that current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, transactions are in compliance with all relevant laws & regulations.

- Managing Review (Audit) Mechanism for timely identification and remediation of Compliance Gaps to de-risk the organization against consequences of Non-Compliance, including managing the compliance management tool of the Company

- Drive the trainings to educate employees, including new joinees, with respect to company's Code of Conduct, standards & procedures

- Audit and Investigation related to compliance matters, as required, as per the compliance framework.

- Responsible for reviewing, vetting and negotiating code of conduct, anti-bribery and compliance clauses in agreements.

The Successful Applicant:

CA /CS and LLB with 5 -7 years of experience in Compliances - You should be working in a manufacturing organization with multi-plants and have experience in working in a team.
