Job Responsibilities : - Control and process audit experience in client servicing firms - Work with senior stake-holders and understanding organisational position on matters like conflict issues, insider trading, regulatory risk and compliance issues - Research on additional areas of risk/compliance requirement and coming up with ideas/recommendations to the management - Team building and work with multiple functions to ensure proper implementation of all policies Candidate's Profile : - Consulting Background (Big 4 or similar Client Servicing Firms) - Compliance back ground preferred (LL.B; CA; CS) - Experience in handling operational and legal risk and compliance frame work of professional services organisation - Experience in formulating and implementing policies on Risk and Compliance - Overall personality to deal with senior members to ensure compliance of all policies and laying down processes to enforce and monitor compliance - Good communication and presentation skills to interact and present to senior management
