- Chartered Accountant with 10-14 years of experience in Finance processes / Internal Controls / Audits
- Preferred additional qualifications: Dipl. IFRS, ACCA/CIMA in progress
- Working experience with MNC / Manufacturing company. Working with big 4 audit firms will be a big advantage
- Strong process knowledge and accounting / reporting overview
- MS-Office and ERP experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle),
- Analytical skills, ability to interpret the data and drive improvements
- Strong Communication and presentation skills and ability to analyze data
- Customer and result oriented, Proactive attitude, Flexibility
- Demonstrates the ability to work as lead and trainer for others
