Compliance Lead - APAC

The APAC Compliance Lead is responsible for compliance related to all APAC Regulatory Compliance, laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to the Company and the services provided to its clients. This includes Telemarketing, Do-Not-Call, Debt Collections, warranty sales, gaming, regulatory licensing and registrations, and financial services among others.

Business Scope: APAC region, local, and client regulatory compliance

Job Duties:

1. Regional Compliance leader and subject matter expert; responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance throughout the region are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Oversee and monitor the regional implementation of the compliance program.

3. Provide guidance, advice, and training.

4. Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations.
