Compliance Head - FinTech

About our client:

Our Client is a leading FinTech in Bangalore.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Head for the FinTech, the KPIs include:

- Dealing with RBI Compliance & ensure regulatory reporting & adherence to the regulatory guidelines for NBFCs / FinTechs

- Develop the regulatory policies for the organization in accordance with the plan & get the same implemented and executed

- Ensuring compliance assurance reviews and regulatory issue validation in accordance with the plan

- Managing relationships with senior management executives & working closely with the business heads & audit to provide assurance over the key risks

- The role would directly report to CFO

The successful candidate should have:

- At least 8 years of experience in dealing with RBI for regulatory compliance / assurance / testing / internal controls & audit

- Excellent leadership skills & senior stakeholder management

- Awareness of regulatory requirements including local laws and industry standards

- Expertise in planning, executing, and reporting on compliance assurance reviews and regulatory validation activities
