Reports To (Title) : Compliance Manager
Position Overview : The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for administering regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters. This role ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices while identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Compliance Manager in conducting quarterly compliance monitoring and testing exercises throughout the year.
- Assist the Compliance Manager in preparing for the quarterly PM O&M, Compliance Committee meetings.
- Identify legal updates and analyse their applicability to ACWA Power and its affiliated entities.
- Travel to sites, as needed, to independently perform compliance testing and report findings to the Regional Compliance Manager.
- Assist the Regional Compliance Manager in training Compliance Champions and updating compliance-related materials.
- Promote a strong compliance culture within Project Companies (PC) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) entities through the Compliance Champion network.
- Ensure that each Compliance Champion within PC and O&M maintains an up-to-date compliance register.
- Address Compliance Champions queries regarding existing corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. Experience & Qualifications
- Preferably Qualified Chartered Accountant / Inter CA or a related field.
- 4 to 5years experience working in a compliance officer role or in a similar position.
- Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar. Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of the industrys standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems. Soft Skills & Other Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Requires travel for site audits, depending on company operations.
