Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content).

- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for better visibility and engagement.

- Track and analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.

- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.

- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Must Have

- 4 to 6 yrs Experience with IT Services and Consulting (Must Have)

Nice to Have:

- Experience with B2B tech or SaaS marketing.

- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

- Verbal and collaboration skills
