Looking for a Technical competency development manager.The person will closely work with RCM head to develop efficient systems for training and development in next gen technologies.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Experience in designing, developing and rolling out skill development programs.
- Can articulate what is best of breed from domain and technology training programs, design customized programs to specific needs.
- Self-driven & have an attitude to make things happen. Can work in matrix complex organization and get things done
- Creative thinking in rolling out training programs.
- Internal change management in working together with Delivery, business and TMP leadership in ensuring an environment of continuous learning.
