- Manage executive scorecard process and related assessment frameworks for Executive Directors and Group Executives, liaising with stakeholders (e.g., scorecard managers, central assessors, etc.), supporting RemCo papers and disclosures in the annual report in this regard.
- Support with managing annual pay review process for Senior Executive population.
- Support effective provision of benchmarking data for all aspects of reward for senior executives.
- Draft responses to regulators on requests in relation to executive scorecards and pay.
- Support queries from senior executives on their pay arrangements liaising with other stakeholders (tax, benefits, global mobility, etc.).
- Partner with colleagues locally and globally to ensure streamlined delivery of executive and regulatory compensation submissions to Group Remuneration Committee and external reporting.
- Pro-active approach to process improvement. Ensure controls and governance managed on processes undertaken by Executive Compensation are robust and meets internal and external governance measures.
- Provides high quality and accurate information to stakeholders an guidance to teams to ensure they are able to appropriately account for Exec Compensation information in planning and reporting.
- Exhibit ownership of own work and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team, for example, reviewing their work and provide timely feedback on analysis.
