Compensation & Rewards Professional - Pharma/FMCG/Consulting Firm (6-8 yrs)
We have the foll requirement in Mumbai
- To drive effectiveness in ensuring a standardized approach to compensation across India including pay structures, contracts, hiring ranges.
- Responsible for researching, establishing, and designing & maintaining a company's pay system as per philosophy. Exposure to salary bench-marking survey, leading annual increment / bonus payouts
- Responsible for annual manpower budgeting process including automation, predictive manpower analytics and manpower long range plans.
Need MBA HR with 6 years + exp in India C+ B
1. In-depth understanding of compensation, benefits as a driver of business.
2. Thorough understanding of contemporary compensation and benefits practices in India
3. Ability to drive decisions through data based insights and analytics
Excellent Project Management and MS Excel skills.
