Compensation , Rewards & Payroll Specialist - Mumbai
Role includes Rewards Framework and policy formulation, Rewards Strategies , PMS and Payroll Management for 25,000 + workforce spread across India .
- It is a new initiative of setting up a specialized vertical within HR function.
- PG Diploma in HR with 7 years + exp in dealing with above from Large companies/ Kpos/ Fmcg/Services Sectors etc would be the ideal fit
Comp range upto 15 lacs
