Job Title- Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Job location- Mumbai
Qualification required : - Post graduation / MBA in HR
Hiring manager- Namrata Sawant (Human Resource MD)
A short brief on the job responsibilities the employee will handle :
- Work on activities with higher impact and/or complexity,
- Handle compensation and benefits vertical (benefits include Tuition assistance, insurance, reward programs etc)
- Have a broader geographical scope from regional, to divisional and corporate level,
- Have more regular contact with senior or executive management,
- Complete tasks independently, without guidance,
- Support or coordinate peers within department or deliver training to internal customers,
- Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects.
- Work at MEISA level
Specific skill set required in candidate :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in the C&B function or business/functional analytics function
- Experience and certification in Power BI, Spotfire, Workday, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Statistics or Data Science education is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience is preferred
- International work exposure specifically if worked previously for MEISA region.
