One of the leading consulting firm is looking out to hire compensation and Benefit specialist. The role requires 5 to 8 years of Industry / Consulting experience in Compensation strategy, compensation design, Compensation policy and structure design etc.

You will be responsible for leading client engagements in the financial services industry across the globe. Also, Financial responsibility, Business development, Team development, developing though leadership , brand building etc.
