2. Collaborate with the Head C&B, HR CoE and the Human Resource Business Partners to define the strategy, design and implementation of global compensation, benefit and reward programs

3. Design Global compensation and benefits package based on business goals and strategy with focus on UK and EU region

4. Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture

5. Create and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications

6. Conduct salary and market research to define benchmarks

7. Apply effective communication strategies

8. Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys

9. Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed

10. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

11. Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
