A top law firm in India with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad is looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits professional for their Mumbai with 8-15 years of experience. Job Responsibility: 1. It will primarily include compensation designing, increments employment contracts, exit and payroll management and knowledge of basic HR compliances. 2. Lead and benchmark Compensation and Benefits processes across the spectrum of organization. 3. Research, review compensation and benefits programs to identify improvement opportunities. 4. Introduce and implement incentive schemes that make happy achievements possible 5. Design the rewards program and tax friendly compensation structures 6. Ensure and approve new Ofers, increments, incentives, rewards and benefits schemes are in defined parity. 7. Evaluate, redesign and evolve PMS if needed, based on success factors 8. Manage and streamline long term incentive plans ESOPS that regards sustenance and continuity. Candidate Requirement: 1. Excellent excel skills, good communication skills and attention to detail is MUST. 2. Comes with 8-15 years of experience out of which at least 5-6 years into compensation and benefits profile.
